SeyLegal is an AI-powered legal information platform that provides general information about Seychelles law. SeyLegal is NOT a law firm, does NOT provide legal advice, and does NOT create an attorney-client relationship.
The information provided by SeyLegal is for general educational and informational purposes only. It should not be relied upon as legal advice for any specific situation.
2. Not a Substitute for Legal Advice

4. Payment and Refund Policy
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in Seychelles Rupees (SCR) through our payment processor Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at admin@seylegal.com within 14 days of the charge.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will not be charged for subsequent months. If you cancel an annual subscription, you will retain access until the end of the annual period.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of SeyLegal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by SeyLegal or its licensors and are protected by Seychelles and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The legal documents and statutes referenced by SeyLegal are public domain materials published by the Government of Seychelles. Our AI-generated responses and analysis are proprietary to SeyLegal.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeyLegal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of SeyLegal after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
